Linda Nash Merker is a dynamic and accomplished Human Resources and Executive Talent Search professional. She has had a seat at the table in large public companies, smaller entrepreneurial firms, and big box and specialty retailers. Linda has a strong track record of partnering with senior leadership to develop and lead high performance teams; delivering top talent has been a critical success marker throughout her career.

As a C-suite member of two public companies, she developed broad experiences across all key functions, both commercial and operational: Retail, Merchandising, Licensing, Marketing & E-commerce, Design & Creative Services, Production & Sourcing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Human Resources. Linda has in-depth knowledge of men's, women's and children's branded and licensed products. Her product category experience includes everything from apparel, footwear and accessories to intimates, sleepwear, legwear and shape-wear. 

In her most recent post, Linda served as SVP of HR for Delta Galil USA and Canada. A public company, Delta is a global manufacturer and licensee partner for a host of premier brands like Nike, Lululemon, Maidenform, Columbia, Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger. Previously, she was the SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Kenneth Cole Productions and SVP of HR at Perry Ellis.

The early part of Linda's career was in department store retail at Macy's. During her 12-year tenure there she served in many capacities. Two of her key roles were Vice President of HR for the Herald Square Store and VP of HR for Merchandise Recruitment and Development. She had responsibility for Merchandising teams, both store-line and buying and planning. She also led the recruiting initiative for Macy's renowned Executive Training Program.

Linda is an expert consensus builder, influential negotiator, and exceptional communicator, She prides herself on her strong business acumen and understands how to align business strategies to talent acquisition and organizational development. She has partnered with CEO's, CFO's and COO's to lead significant change, including mergers and acquisitions. Her ability to collaborate with and provide trusted counsel to senior management is the key to Linda's success.
