Executive Retained Search:  Scout Talent offers traditional retained search, acting as the exclusive lead resource on a search assignment. We conduct executive searches in the US and internationally, across all functional areas, working with companies operating in the fashion, lifestyle and luxury space.

Candidate Introductions/Placements: As talent scouts we obviously love to identify top talent; even better, when we are able to make an introduction and get them hired into a brand or company which needs and values their background and skill set. 

 

EXECUTIVE RETAINED SEARCH                                Payment Structure ~ 3 Installments

                                                                             • 33% upon contract signing to commence search
Fee of 30% of Total Compensation                          • 33% upon presentation of candidate book
                                                                             • Balance due 30 days after second installment

CANDIDATE INTRODUCTIONS / PLACEMENTS

Executive Level – 25% of Base Salary                     • Balance due in full net 30 days from candidate’s first day
Middle Management – 20% of Base Salary
